A short performance in the form of collage that the artist interpreted during her residency in the village of Humac: musical background of contemporary re-interpretation of the tradition of the island of Hvar and Humac meets with the new and older poetry of the same area. Performing: Vlatka Buj (speaking poetry), Sara Renar (musical improvisation), Dimitrije Simović (musical following) and the island of Hvar (ambient sounds of the surrounding spaces).

About the artist:
Sara Renar is a recording and performing artist from Zagreb, Croatia. Her music style can be described as experimental/indie/pop mixing subtle melodies with electronic and theatrical elements. A former architect with a Master’s degree, she has left her office job to pursue a full-time career in music. She has won multiple regional awards for her music and live performances.
